Compacta is specifically designed in a small footprint to handle medium to high volumes of paint and fit into hardware and Point-of-Sale locations. Special DIY packages including self-service software, hardware and color selection rack solutions are available for do-it-yourself stores.
Simultaneous dispensing is allowing quick and large productivity, allowing POS operators to better and faster serve their customers: few seconds only for tinting 20 litres/5 gallons pail.
Repeatability and accuracy are granting the highest color fidelity and reproducibility in the time: 20,000 steps are electronically controlling and metering the dispensing volumes. Indeed Compacta minimizes mistint and customer claims providing 1/384 fl. oz. accuracy and positioning itself at the highest market standards.
This dispenser provides for exceptional long lasting pump life and lower wear when compared to traditional dispensing systems, due to its special stainless steel piston pumps.
It is important to outline that Dromont does not use gear pumps in order to avoid heavy spare part costs and complicated maintenance operations and frequent recalibration. Our technology grants one only calibration ever, long life and extreme easiness of use.
Ergonomy is essential when tinting into small and large pails at a very comfortable operating height and when refilling the three and five liters canisters at only 1300 mm height. |
