Dromont has introduced in its Lean Manufacturing process the Kanban system: a just-in-time system that reinstates stocks as they are consumed and able to effectively manage large consumption of C items.
The promoters of the project, Dr. Giulia Madeddu (Purchasing Office), Ing. Andrea Messa (Engineering Office) and Mr. Matteo Guazzoni (Logistica&Expediting) are excited and impatient to see the first results.
